Blessings Of A Grateful Mindset

Keeping a mindset of gratitude is central to enjoying good health, and crucial, if we are to create from our highest nature.

There’s much power behind our thoughts affecting how life unfolds for us.

All is well if the thinking is positive, empowering and uplifting. Sadly, it’s the opposite many people are exposing themselves to and will then express. Rarely do we hear discussions on what’s right with the world.

Ongoing exposure to negativity can create unease that we can’t put a reason behind why we feel the way we do. Reactions and responses that bring down our energy level will cause immediate discomforts such as a sinking feeling in the pit of the stomach or acute energy drain and so on. These bodily responses arise as a type of warning system to tell us we’re not in alignment with our highest nature. We may have to change how we react in certain situations we know trigger us by recognizing these challenges as opportunities to learn from, and becoming thankful for the chance to change our behavior.

It’s always good to make sure we take in as much inspiring content as we do anything that lowers our energy level.

What we tell and feed the mind—whether it’s truth or not—becomes our reality if we place too much focus there. Staying mindful that we tell ourself and what we send out is positive keeps us in the natural flow of life. Negative thinking becomes negative patterns that eventually create blockages in our life-force energy and will manifest in physical symptoms if left unchecked. Energy medicine such as Reiki help clear the energy, and is also a powerful maintenance and prevention tool we can use to ensure our energy flows with life.

Remaining in a grateful state helps us transmute unconscious beliefs of lack that show up in feelings such as envy, resentment, and so forth.

Admire the qualities in others you’d want for yourself. Observe and determine what you need to do to develop them, if it’s something you truly want. Congratulate strangers on their victories when what they display is something you’d wish for in your own life. If you feel strongly about something you want, figure out how you can achieve what you desire. Keep in mind, all you need is already yours if you believe it is so. Then, it is simply a matter of remaining in the frequency required to manifest it.

If what we perceive as nice with the eyes makes us feel low physically, we’re not going to be manifesting it until our perception of it brings us joy. This means letting go of all resentments in whatever way they may be directed. We will never manifest what we feel resentful about. It’s advantageous to everyone if we keep a grateful attitude towards our fellow human beings for their accomplishments. When one rises, we all rise.

Life never brings us more than we can handle. Appreciating and caring for what we already have, while respecting who we are and others, is a positive affirmation to empower and help us in the realization of what we feel good about. Being happy for others’ blessings, is not only a healthier outlook to have, it’s a step towards bringing any our way.

We all become better one person at a time, one grateful heart at a time.

Writing in a journal what we’re grateful for can help us develop gratitude as we’re reminded daily of the blessings we too often overlook.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share with you in this space insights I have been blessed to receive. Thank YOU!
