Bringing the natural colours indoor with flowers, plants, rocks, and wood grains grounds us and can inspire and make us feel good.
Being mindful of our physical presence. Appreciating and sensing every breath, every step, and each bite we take, everything we’re fortunate to experience with all of our senses. Being present and grateful in each moment helps keep our focus on what we’re doing at the time, and reduces the distractive mind chatter.
