Love Is The Healer

We begin to fall out of love with our beingness when we hold on to what doesn’t serve our highest good.
There’s nothing but love that can heal. Love of Self first and foremost, and love for the gift that is life. It’s part of our Soul’s journey, to embody the essence of who we really are while in this reality, despite the many challenges we will encounter. What we give is returned. By giving our own self-love, it is given back to us. Then we are in a good place to help others.
Many years ago, my Spirit Guides told me that whenever anyone acts out and is negative (as our perceptions here dictate), it’s a need for love. As the name “Spirit guide” implies they’re spiritual in nature. They’re with us to guide our Soul evolution.
Love of Self is an investment we make in our Soul’s highest potential in this lifetime. For some people the journey to self-love can be a rather comprehensive endeavour. It could take some time to get to the reason(s) behind the disharmony they may be feeling. The source that created our distortions is in need of healing and transformation. Reiki practitioners, as well as any others engaged in the hearing arts, who have not worked ton cultivating this for themselves risk compromising their own wellbeing.
The journey of healing is an ongoing awareness we engage in order to remain in our highest vibration.
Our gauge to know if we’re in alignment is—always—how we feel.
When we find we don’t feel well, if we think back at what just happened or what we were thinking, we should be able to pinpoint why we’re feeling off.

Love of self is about understanding why we do the things we do. It’s not about flattering ourselves with all the indulgences we take pleasure in. Knowing why we do the things we do is important because it helps us make wiser choices that’ll leave us free of ill-feelings on all levels. It’s about taking the same time we give to understanding others into understanding our own self. It’s about being accountable instead of being in denial of our highest aspect.
Self-love raising awareness
Bringing our behaviors, beliefs, and all the thoughts running through the mind into our awareness helps us transform what we know and feel we need to change. This will lend us the capacity to be kind to our own self, as we release and let go of the confines of unconsciousness. We’re then able to stop the endless patterns of disempowerment, and take back the reigns left on autopilot for too long.
At the Heart and Soul levels we know how we’re creating conflict and disharmony, not only within our own self but in the world at large. What we do has much greater impact than we want to acknowledge. The deep knowing within us is what we need to connect to, if we’re to live in authentic alignment with unconditional love. This—in turn—grants us the real freedom we all want to experience.
When we know our own workings well, we can easily observe them at play in the lives of other people around us. Having transformed these parts within our own self, we willingly extend compassion and unconditional love to others.
Raising awareness of the healing potential of unconditional self-love is the gift we offer when we expressly live this way.
Reiki helps us connect with unconditional love by bringing us to a place of calmness and peace.
